Rice krispie chocolate clusters are quick and easy to make plus kids can get involved too. My daughter and I made these within 20 minutes, and with the white choc drizzled over the top they really are decadent!

Ingredients:

  • 2x 200g milk chocolate
  • 50g white chocolate
  • 200g rice krispies
  • small cupcake cases

Melt the milk chocolate in a glass bowl over a pot of simmering water. Once the chocolate has melted pour in the rice krispies and mix well.

Start melting the white chocolate while you place spoonfuls of the mixture into the cupcake cases.

Once all the clusters are in the cases use a spoon and drizzle the melted white chocolate over them.

Place in the fridge for an hour to set.

Tip: cover a bread board with baking paper and line up the clusters then drizzle the white chocolate – the baking paper will catch any spills.
